Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work for RecruitScreen, provided by Indxtree Pty Ltd (ABN 22 699 760 113). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Free trial
Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with no payment required. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe. If you don't subscribe, your workspace is simply paused at the end of the trial.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep full access until then, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Because you retain access for the full period you've paid for, we generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods (for example, the unused part of a month or year after you cancel). Upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically.
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy (including a refund) as required by law. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us and we'll investigate promptly.
Failed payments
If an automatic payment fails, we retry it and email you. If we can't collect payment within the grace period, your workspace is paused (your data is kept) until a valid payment method is added, at which point access resumes.
